Praise ye the Lord! Jericho: that portion of
the mind that sets up resistance, like the city of Jericho stood with a
great wall around it to keep that which is of God from coming in to
destroy not only the evil that was in that city; but, to keep Israel
from going forth to destroy all of the evil from that whole land.
Jericho is like the Normandy Beach of world war two! If the
allied forces would have been stopped at that beach; the whole land of
Europe would not have been delivered! Jericho had to fall before
Israel could proceed onward to take all of that land. It is the
beginning of the war to retake your own mind!
